I posted this incomplete track a few weeks ago.. I kind of started working on it again (out of no where!) and actually managed to finalize it during the past few days
!!
I trekked over to the west end of Toronto yesterday (where Dundas meets College) and found an abandoned warehouse:

Back to exploring Toronto again.. there are so many things I haven’t noticed during the summer roaming: new places to explore in familiar areas.

These quotes are interesting…
“I long, as does every human being, to be at home wherever I find myself.”
Maya Angelou
“Every wall is a door.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson
“Any emotion, if it is sincere, is involuntary”
Mark Twain
“Don’t wish it were easier, wish you were better.”
Jim Rohn
“I don’t wish to be everything to everyone, but I would like to be something to someone.”

An incomplete track that I can’t finish right now.
This is how I feel

It’s Never Said Once - download
I finished another track. Even though it may seem like they’re all being sporadically produced, it’s only the 3rd final track that I would call a final. The rest were quite experimental, but it all lead to these completed tracks… so as an anology… experimental tracks are sketches? A process to final pieces?

This portable keyboard is soooo useful
Making music at the cafe or library? Fun.
So I started logging onto myspace again to promote my music and the responses have been good so far ~

Drawing marathon needs to start soon…
Incomplete Symphony: Repetition
Beginning of my summer ‘09
Repetition (incomplete) - Download
I can’t seem to finish it.. but maybe there is no real ending but a start to a new series of symphonies? Still waiting for that surge of inspiration again.
Food For Thought: Science, Culture, Color
So many scrambled food for thought day, I feel a new inspiration coming from Richard Dawkins…. watching many of his lectures on youtube, it’s sparking up my interest for science again!
#1) Science is the mover for culture today: how is culture being shaped by science? How does this in term effect the purpose of art in the 21st century?
I shall elaborate the rest with a lovely painfully long essay after digging deeper
#2) Color Schemes: Design & science: Walking down Shaw Street today, I noticed a lot of colorschemes that work well (not only according to their tone or color choices, but more importantly, the color proportions) are all right infront of our eyes in nature. I will post examples and observations after I get the visuals together.
